APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor in the Borough ,!,f Cartcret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appo~ntment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVEDiby the Mayor and
Council ofthe Borough of Carteret that
