A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE AND THE TOWN OF
FILLMORE FOR SUPPLY OF POTABLE WATER
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City of Greencastle and the Town of Fillmore to
enter into an agreement for a potable water supply to Fillmore, and,
WHEREAS, I.C. 36-1-7 sets out the authorization for such agreement.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle
that the Greencastle Board of Works be authorized to enter into an agreement with the Town of
Fillmore attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated as follows:
WATER PURCHASE CONTRACT
This Resolution shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND SOLVED A the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
