RESOLUTION 1998-31
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds over
what was appropriated in the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on September 29, 1998 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on October 13, 1998 at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
2391 Cumulative Capital Development
402001363 Streets and Rights of Way $16,800.00
Total CCD $16,800.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 13th day of October, 1998.
