THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. 473
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND MANAGING STORMWATER WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF BELAIRE, KANSAS BY INCORPORATING
BY "STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN POLICY".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Incorporating A Stormwater Pollution Policy
There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating and
managing stormwater within the corporate limits of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas, a
"Stormwater pollution policy." No fewer than three (3) copies of said "Stormwater Pollution
Policy" shall be marked "Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 473" and filed with the
City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
Section 2.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
official city newspaper.
Passed by the City Council this 16th day of December, 2008.
Approved by the Mayor this 16th day of December, 2008.
