RESOLUTION NO. 7
OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE,INDIANA
PUTNAM COUNTY, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle (the "City"), of Putnam County, Indiana, has
caused a Preliminary Engineering Report,last revised Jannary 1999,to be prepared by the consulting
firm of Hannum, Wagle & Cline; and
WHEREAS, said plan has been presented to the public at a public hearing held
February 9, 1999, for their comments; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that there was not sufficient evidence presented in
objection to the recommended project in the Preliminary Engineering Report.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The Preliminary Engineering Report last revised January 1999, be approved
and adopted by the Common Council of the City; and
2. That said plan be submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental
Management for review and approval.

Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on the 23rd
day of February, 1999.
