RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND AS
NON-00NSERVATION LAND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of MEDINA
Hennepin County, Minnesota in 1964, a list
has received .from the County Auditor of
of lands in said City, which became tite property of the State of Minnesota for non-
payment of taxes, and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described in said list had heretofore been class-
ified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin, County, Minnesota, as non -
conservation land, and the sale thereof had heretofore been authorized by said Board
of County Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUD, by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota
2tatutes for 1949, Section 282.01, that the said classification pertaining to Lots 8
and 9, Block 24, Indepen;ence Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation
land be and the same is hereby approved, that the sale of aforesaidlots be and sale
is hereby approved.
The foregoing resolution wss introduced by Councilman Donald DesLauriers, and
duly seconded by Councilman Arthur Theis, The following voted in favor of the
resolution: Donald DesLauriers, Arthur Theis, Wayne Neddermeyer, Robert Franklin,
Thor aF. Ftevens.
The following voted against the resolution:
None
The following were absent:
None
Whereupon the resolution was adopted. ADOPTED: November 6, 1974
