RESOLUTION 1999-21
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds over
what was appropriated in the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on April 30, 1999 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on May 11, 1999 at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
2351 EDIT
Franklin Street Renovations 444001318 $226,000.00
10th Street Intersection Improvements 444001319 $118,000.00
Total EDIT $344,000.00
1153 LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATION
3 Radar Guns 210001444 $ 4,800.00
Total LEE $ 4,800.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at it
regular meeting this 1 lth day of May, 1999.
