APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Affinnative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, requires each
municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public Agency
Compliance Officer for Affinnative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P.L. 197C.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Public
Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
GLORIA LISICKI
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of Carteret for
2007.
