A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds over
what was appropriated in the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on July 13, 1999 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Special Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
July 28, 1999 at 6:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle,Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
0101 General (Fast Cop Grant)
Fica/Med 101006131 $ 170.00
Health Insurance 101006134 $ 2,620.00
Unemployment 101006133 $ 30.00
City 21% 101006135 $ 3,040.00
Worker's Comp 101006340 $ 90.00
Salary 101008111 $12,000.00
General Supplies 101008223 $ 1,500.00

Total General Fund $20.950.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 28th day of July, 1999.
