_''_ A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
IN THE 1999 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle,Indiana,hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 1999 budget for the City of Greencastle.
Department-Motor Vehicle Highway (Street Department)
$ 6,000.00 From Health Insurance 201001134 to Overtime 201001116
$10,000.00 From Sand & Gravel 201001232 to General Supplies 201001223
$ 1,500.00 From Health Insurance 201001134 to Training 201001399
$ 1,860.00 From Health Insurance 201001134 to Asphalt Roller 201001402
$ 1,700.00 From Repair Parts 201001235 to General Supplies 201001223
$ 1,700.00 From Equipment Repair 201001362 to General Supplies 201001223
Department- Building Commissioner/Planner
$ 1,500.00 From Building Commissioner Salary 101009111 to Inspections 101009315
Department- Parks and Recreation
$ 500.00 From Instructors 204001314 to Uniform Supplies 204001224
$ 6,000.00 From Water/Sewer 204001354 to Chemical Supplies 204001225

1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
1999.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
this 14th day of September, 1999.
