A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A "CITY INSPECTOR"
WHEREAS, Thomas A. Stocks, Moab City Mayor, has hereby
appointed Kenny Denney as "City Inspector" pursuant to Chapter
8.08 of the Moab Municipal Code for the purpose of investigating,
removing and abating injurious and noxious weeds, garbage,
refuse, or unsightly or deleterious objects or structures;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City
Council that the appointment of Kenny Denney as "City Inspector"
for the City of Moab is hereby confirmed and that Kenny Denney is
hereby appointed "City Inspector" to carry out the aforementioned
purpose.
DONE IN OPEN COUNCIL this 6th day of November , A.D.,
1990.
