APPOINTING CLASS 3 MEMBER TO THE PLANNING
BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class III Member of \he Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of Carteret,
Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Councilmember Ronald Rios
is hereby appointed to \he Carteret Planning Board, term to expire 12/3l!07.
Adopted this II th day of January, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 12,2007.
