A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
IN THE 2001 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 2001 Budget for the City of Greencastle and
authorizes the creation of appropriation 101008319 -Engineering Services for the Police
Department Budget and 101009361 - Inspections in the Building Commissioner/Planner Budget.
Department- Police
$ 5,000.00 From 101008447 Loan Repayment on Equipment Update to
101008319 Engineering Services
Department- Building Commissioner/Planner
$ 100.00 From 101009361 Computer Maintenance to 101009315 Inspections
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2001.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this resolution at said office.
