RESOLUTION 2001-2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
IN THE 2001 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 2001 Budget for the City of Greencastle and
authorizes the creation of appropriation 101008115 -Part-time Clerical in the Police Department
Budget.
Department- Police
$8,000.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008115 Part-time Clerical
($7.35 hr x 40 hrs bi-weekly x 26 pays = $7,700.00)
$5,100.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008441 Vehicle Lease
Department- Park
$ 500.00 From 204001317 Sports Concert Series to 204001366 Park House
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2001.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this Resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
this 13th day of February, 2001.
