RESOLUTION NO. 03-4204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AND MAYOR PRO TEMPORE TO SERVE AS
GOVERNING BOARD MEMBER AND ALTERNATE GOVERNING BOARD
MEMBER, RESPECTIVELY, ON THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE SAN
GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City has approved membership to the
San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments; and
WHEREAS, the Council of Governments is structured with a Governing Board (policy
body) made up of elected officials selected respectively by each member city; and
WHEREAS, each member city is requested to designate by resolution a Governing Board
Member and an Alternate Governing Board Member.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby designates the Mayor of the City of Temple City, whoever shall
occupy that office from time to time, as the Governing Board Member, and the Mayor Pro Tempore of the City of
Temple City, whoever shall occupy that office from time to time, as the Alternate Governing Board Member, to serve
on behalf of the City of Temple City on the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.

the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 2003 by the following vote:
