AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF REQUESTS
FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR SPECIAL REDEVELOPMENT
COUNSEL, THIRD PARTY BILLING SERVICES AND
ACCOUNTING/AUDITING SERVICES
FOR THE 2007 CALENDAR YEAR
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of Special Redevelopment Counsel,
Third Party BiI1ing Services and Accounting! AUditing Services for the 2007 Calendar
Year; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's fol1ows tIle Fair and Open Process as established by law for
the procurement of professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Cal1eret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as foHows:
I. That the Borough is hereby authorized and directed to solicit
Requests for Qualifications for Special Redevelopment Counsel,
Third Party BiHing Services and Accounting! AUditing Services for
the 2007 Calendar Year in accordance with the Fair and Open
Process established by law and as implemented by the Borough.
