,.� A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
AND CREATING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 2001
CITY OF GREENCASTLE BUDGET
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorize the creation of
appropriations as follows:
101008314 Dog Food/Vet
101008397 Police Service Dog
101008396 Kennel Services
101008363 Computer Update
101009318 Contract Planner
101009365 Ordinance Violation Clean Up
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 2001 Budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department -Police
$ 3,900.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008397 Police Service Dog
$ 800.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008396 Kennel Services
$ 1,400.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008314 Dog Food/Vet
$ 4,000.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008443 New Vehicle
Equipment
$ 1500.00 From 101008111 Police Department Salaries to 101008363 Computer Update
$15,250.00 From 101009112 Planner Salary to 101009318 Contract Planner
$ 7,000.00 From 101009112 Planner Salary to 101009365 Ordinance Violation Clean Up
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2001.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this Resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
this 8th day of May, 2001.
