A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published April 25, 2001 in Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
the 8th day of May, 2001 at 7:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
Fund Name: Park and Recreation
Major Budge Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $ 2,000.00
(Park House Repairs)
400 Capital Outlay $21,000.00
(Park Maintenance Bldg)
Total for Park and Recreation Fund $23,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
Meeting this 8th day of May, 2001.
