A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for the
annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published May 31, 2001 in the Banner Graphic,
was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on the 12th
day of June, 2001 at 7:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby appropriated out
of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing the
same:
Fund Name: Law Enforcement Education
Major Budget Class: 200 Supplies (Radar) $4,000.00
Total.LEE Funds $4,000.00
Fund Name: EDIT
Major Budget Class: 400 Capital Outlay $9,300.00
Total EDIT $9,300.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
Meeting this 12th day of June, 2001.
