'---. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for the
annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published August 20, 2001 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Special Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
September 4, 2001 at 6:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby appropriated out
of surplus unappropriated fund for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
Fund Name: City Hall Non-Reverting (Additional CAGIT monies)
Major Budget Class: 400 Capital Expenditures $190,000.00
(to purchase building for Police Department)
400 Capital Expenditures $ 4,500.00
(phone system for Fire Department)
Total for City Hall Non-Reverting $194,500.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Special
