Res�olutiOn Recognizing fie Accomplis iunenfs of tie
Kiwanis Club
WHEREAS, the citizens of the Greencastle community are the recipients of many hours of dedicated service and
philanthropic activities of the Greencastle Kiwanis Club; and
WHEREAS, an unknown number of pancakes and sausages have been served to the knowing smiles of a plethora of citizens
and firemen in support of Roban Park, People Pathways, the Putnam County Hospital, the Putnam County
Library, Greencastle High School and other civic projects improving the quality of life in Greencastle and
Putnam County; and
WHEREAS, the Kiwanis Club has given its valuable support to Riley Children's Hospital; and
WHEREAS, members of the Greencastle Kiwanis Club have continued to provide leadership, energy and inspiration to
Greencastle and the surrounding area, and along with Indiana Kiwanis Clubs and Kiwanis International have
supported the elimination of Iodine Deficiency Disorder, improving the lives of all citizens.
"OW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,Putnam County,Indiana,
,,eclares its gratitude for the members of the Greencastle Kiwanis Club who have demonstrated that the people of the Greencastle
community are its greatest resource.
