RESOLUTION 2001-48
nt A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for the
annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published November 28., 2001 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
December 11, 2001 at 7:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby appropriated out
of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing the
same:
Fund Name: Fire Cumulative Special
Major Class: 400 Capital Expenditures $16,000.00
(for purchase of Radios to be reimbursed by Federal Grant)
Total for Fire Cumulative Special $16,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
Session this l lth day of September, 2001.
