To Whom It May Concern:
In reference to the property located at 1701 Chatham Avenue 2 questions have come to me regarding this
property. First, any trees that are located within the footprint of the proposed building can be removed. If the
trees are significant according to our ordinance they will have to be mitigated accordingly. Second, the existing
access easement on the property may be used as part of the necessary building setback area. If there any further
