RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON INSTALLATION
OF WATER MAINS AND A. PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
IN INDEPENDENCE BEACH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota:
1. A certain petition requesting improvements on the following streets
in the IFey-
dependence Beach area of said City

filed with the City Council on the iU day of %%)a rc.4 , 1975, is hereby de-
clared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes §429. 035.
Said petition is hereby referred to McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc. ,
who are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way:
1. Whether the proposed improvement is feasible;
2. Whether the proposed improvement should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement;
3. The estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
