RESOLUTION NO. 03-4213
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING THE APPLICATION AND PROPOSED PURPOSE
FOR EXPENDITURE OF LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BLOCK GRANT
(LLEBG) 2003 -LB -BX -0960
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City possesses the legal authority to apply for Local Law
Enforcement Block Grants (LLEBG); and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City in compliance with the provisions of the LLEBG grant has
conducted an advisory board review of proposed use of grant funds on September 12, 2003, and held a
public hearing regarding the recommended proposed use of the grant funds on October 21, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby:
1. Authorize the filing of the LLEBG (2003 -LB -BX -0960) application, including all understandings,
assurances, and certifications contained therein; and
2. Authorize the City Manager or his designate as the official representative of the City to act in
connection with the application and to provide such additional information as may be required;
and
3. Approve the application and proposed purpose for expenditure of LLEBG (2003- LB -BX- 0960).
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 21st day of October, 2003.

03 -4213, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 21st
day of October, 2003 by the following vote:

NOES: Councilmember -None
