It is my understanding: 1) The drainage structure and outfall pipe at the rear of Lot 95 were inst by the City. 2) This storm line was installed by the City to mitigate the altering of a feature that provided outfall for these two lots. 3) No one has identified and easements obligating or favoring the City c I do not recommend the continued dependence of a prescriptive casement for t you need my assistance in resolving this issue.
