soil and sedimentation,wetlands,marshlands protection and shore protection ordinances and codes whether local,state or federal,including
all environmental laws and regulations when applicable,subsequent owners should be informed that any alterations to the property must be
approved by the issuance of another building permit. Permit holder agrees to hold the City of Tybee Island harmless on any construction
covered by this permit.
This permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the front of building and protected from the weather. If this permit is not posted
work will be stopped. The building contractor will replace curb paving and gutter broken during construction. This permit will be voided
unless work has begun within six months of the date of issuance.

be attached to this application and that an as-built elevation certification is due as soon as the
habitable floor level is established. Drainage: I realize that I must ensure the adequacy of
drainage of this property so that surrounding property is in no way adversely affected. I accept
responsibility for any corrective action that may be necessary to restore drainage impaired by this
permitted construction.

Dear Mr.Anderson:
We have reviewed the plans by Boswell Design Services dated 08/11/06 and /'el J C.J/`
Tybee on 08/14/06. Our review is limited to drainage issues. We have not al I
of the Planning Commission or City staff with regard to setbacks,density or i a✓t✓
regulation issues.
Within the scope of our design review,to the best of my knowledge and belie (6_. a
1) This drainage plan meets the requirement of the Land Development
2) The SE&SC Plan meets the requirements of the City of Tybee.
It is my understanding:
1) The drainage structure and outfall pipe at the rear of Lot 95 were inst
by the City.
2) This storm line was installed by the City to mitigate the altering of a
feature that provided outfall for these two lots.
3) No one has identified and easements obligating or favoring the City c
I do not recommend the continued dependence of a prescriptive casement for t
you need my assistance in resolving this issue.
Any recommepdations do not relieve the project of the requirement to obtain any other required permits:

of the Planning Commission or City staff with regard to setbacks,,density or other zoning or subdivision
regulation issues.

Island.
