A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~
~ LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE FLOWER STREET `

. COMPLETE ;

- WHEREAS, on November 3; 1998, the City Council awarded a coritract of ,
~ •=" $38,242.80 to Tyner Paving Company~for the~Flower Street Improvement Project; and ~ ~ ~

~ . : WHEREAS, the project started on December 9, 1998, and was completed on ~
December 24, 1998; and ~ ' ~ • ° ~
~ WHEREAS, the total, project construction cost is $43,760.62; and~ ~ ~ E

~ . a WHEREAS~, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been .. ~
cornpleted' in accordance with the project plans and specifications. ~ '°

Section 1. That the Gity Council accepts the Flower Street Improvement Project, . ~
Project N~o. 5-5199; as being complete in accordance with contract documents. ~
