RESOLUTION NO. 75-12
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
SUNNY HILL
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations for
the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, William Reiser Jr. has requested approval of the final plat
of Eleanor C. Reiser and the same has been approved by the Planning
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of cf the City
of Medina that the plat of Sunny Hill is a-Troved subject to the following
conditions:
None

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Thomas Stevens. Robert Franklin, Wayne Neddermeyer, Arthur
Theis, Donald Desl'auriers and the following voted against same: None
whereupon said resolution w ar d.ecla ed duly passed and adopted.
