RESOLUTION NO. 7.5:
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON INSTALL-
ATION OF WATER MAINS AND A PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN INDE-
PENDENCE BEACH.
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the City's Consulting Engineer,
McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc, to the City Council on the 18th day of
March, 1975, recommending the following report:
Construction and installation of a Municipal Water Supply System and
Water Mains and all appurtenances to serve the property abutting the
following streets:
Fern Street, Walnut Street, Pine Street, Balsam Street, Brook
Street, Cedar Street. Lakeshore Avenue, Ardmore Avenue - Co. Rd. 19
Estimated Cost: t287,800.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Medina:
1. The council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within the
aforedescribed boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of improvement
pursuant to MSA Ch. 429, at the estimated total cost of improvement as

2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements
on the 1st day of April, 1975 at the City Hall, 2052 Co. Rd. 24 in the
City of Medina at 8:00 o'clock P. M. The clerk shall give published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Councilman Arthur Theis and upon a vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
