RESOLUTION NO. 75 -17
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED
LAND IN THE CITY OF MEDINA TO BE USED FOR
PUBLIC PURPOSES
WHEREAS, there is situated within the boundaries of the City of Medina,
County of Hennepin, certain tax forfeit land; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina desires to obtain said land for public
purposes, to -wit: a municipal well and appurtenances:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina that the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed to make application for
conveyance of said tax forfeit lands;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and the
same are hereby authorized to sign such application for said conveyance, such
land being legally described as follows:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 10, Independence Beach,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: unanimous
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
