The suggested Conditions on the Order were discussed: 1. The Certificate of Compliance will be requested within 2 months of the completion of this work. Failure to comply with this Condition will be considered a violation of this Order; 2. All acknowledged outstanding Certificates of Compliance from gas line installations will be requested before work begins on this Order; 3. Any Notices of Intent or Amendments to this Order filed for work on properties that include the 2 wetlands shown on this Site Plan will require the determination of whether these are vernal pools; 4.
