Pledge of Allegiance II. Call to Order; Roll Call Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order al 4:30 PM; upon roll by Mayor William Dory the following were present: William Dory, Craig Tuggle and Trudy Selvia. III. Special Requests A. Sewer Leak Adjustment- Leslie Dozier- $•84.32- Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the adjustment as present-d, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried. B. Sewer Leak Adjustment-Jonathan Bullen, DDS- $537.48- Motion by Craig Tuggle to approve the adjustment as presented, second by Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried. C. Eric Wolfe- 11 E Walnut Street- Building Fine- Motion by Bill Dory to reduce the building fine to $25.00, second by Craig Tuggle, 2-0-1 1 Trudy abstained because she had a real estate deal pending with Mr. Wolfe. IV. Emergency Repairs September Emergency Repairs A 209 W. Liberty B. 513 Moore Court C. 114 Northwood D. 332 N. Arlington October Emergency Repairs E. Hillsdale o, F. Water Main Albin Pond G. Indianapolis Road- Kork & Keg Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the emergency repairs presented, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried. V. Approval of Minutes A. Regular Session — October 19, 2022 - Moion by Craig Tuggle to approve the regular session minutes as pre ented, second by Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried. B. Special Session- October 26, 2022- Motio by Craig Tuggle to approve the regular session minutes as presented, s:cond by Bill Dory, 2-0-1, motion carried. Trudy Selvia abstained sinc= she was not present! C. VI. Approval of Claims A. Water- Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve t e Water Claims in the amount of$74,432.07, second by Craig Tug_le, 3-0, motion carried. B. Wastewater- Motion by Trudy Selvia to app ove the Water Claims in the amount of$51,360.58, second by Craig Tug!le, 3-0, motion carried. VII. Department Reports A. Cemetery-Jason Keeney B. B. Relocation of Water Main Under CSX Rail oad at Jackson Street- No Bids Received. C. Relocation of Force Main on North Jacks n Street- No Bids Received. X. Adjournment.
