RESOLUTION NO. 75-o2 %
RESOLUTION ISSUING SPECIAL USE PERMITS PURSUANT TO COURT ORDER
WHEREAS, on September 7, 1973 the District Court of Hennepin County
ordered the City of Medina to issue special use permits to Joseph S. and
Harriet V. Holasek and said order was affirmed by the Minnesota Supreme Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Medina that a Special Use Permit be and the same is hereby issued under the
Medina Zoning Ordinance to Joseph S. and Harriet V. Holasek for mobile home
park purposes, pursuant to the Findings, Conclusions and Order of Judge
Tallakson in Hennepin County District Court file number 679568 and the Opinion
of the Minnesota Supreme Court, file number 44839,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Use Permit be and the same
is hereby issued to Joseph S. and Harriet V. Holasek for a Mobile Home Park
under the Medina Mobile Home Park Ordinance, pursuant to the Findings,
Conclusions and Order of Judge Tallakson in Hennepin County District Court,
file number 679568 and the Opinion of the Minnesota Supreme Court, file number
44839.
