RESOLUTION NO. 99.23.
. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO PICKARD
ARCHITECTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,500.00, FOR THE DESIGN
OF~ HAM PARK TEEN CENTER REHABILITATION PROJECT,
.PROJECT NUMBER 5-5205, FISCAL YEAR 1998-99, AND

~~ ~ u'HEREAS_ the Ham Park Teen Center Rehabilitation Project, Project Number ,

V~'HEREAS, Request for Proposals (RFP)for the design of Harri Park Teen .
Center FZehahilitation Project were advertised on November 27, 1998; and
WHEREAS, a job walk of the site was conducted on December 7, 1998; and '
. 'V~:HE.RL-AS.'ori February 4, 1999 consultants were interviewed by staff and
_ ~ Pickard .architects ~~as selected. .
WHEREAS, a contract price of $33,500.00 was negotiated with Pickard ,, r
Architects for the design of Ham Park Teen Center Rehabilitation Project. .
NQV~~. THEREFORE, the. City Council. of the City_ of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim. order acid resolve as,.follows:

Section 1. That the contract for the design of Ham Park Teen,Center
~---~~ Rehabilitation Project, Project. Number ~-5205, be awarded to Pickard Architects for the

Section ?. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute`the agreement between
