A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ '
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO CLERKIN & CLERKIN
' ~ IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,300.00, FOR THE DESIGN OF THE CITY
HALL ANNEX REHABILITATION.-PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER
5-5189, FISCAL YEAR 1998-99, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR-
f TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT , .

WHEREAS, the City Hall Annex Rehabilitation Project, Project Number 5-5189 ,
. ,,
is listed in the FY 1998-99, budget ;and .
. WHEREAS, Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design of the City Hall Annex .
r ~ Rehabilitation Project were advertised on November 27, 1998; and
WHEREAS, a job walk of the site was conducted on December 7, 1998.; and
.:. ~ WHEREAS, on February 4, 1999 consultants were interviewed by staff and
- Clerkin &,Clerkin was selected.
WHEREAS, a contract price of $32,300.00, was negotiated-with,Clerkin &
' Clerkin for the.design of the City Hall'Annex Rehabilitation Project.
.. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, ~ ~ .
proclaim, order and. resolve as follows:
Section. l .That the contract for the design of the City Hall Annex Rehabilitation
' ~ Project, Project Number 5-5189, be awarded to Clerkin &Clerkin for the negotiated price of
f ~°$32,300.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized. to execute the agreement between
.the City of Lynwoodand Clerkin &Clerkin.
~. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
