RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON MUNICIPAL WELL
AND PUMP HOUSE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council of the City
of Medina on the AS day of tt I , 1975, McCombs -Knutson, the City
Engineer, has prepared plans and spgcifications for the construction of a
municipal well and pump house and has presented such plans and specifications to
the City Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the yity Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota: , n`�`

1. Such plans and specifications,A copies of which are attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference, are hereby approved.
2. The City Engineer shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
newspaper and in Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making
of the said improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement shall be published for days, shall specify the work to be done,
shall say that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 8:00 P.M. on
August 5, 1975, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk in the amount of
5% of the amount of such bid.
