A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
' LYNWOOD GRANTING A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT TO
LYNWOOD HOLDING CO., INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT..
~,~ WHEREAS, the site drainage of the development at 2600 E. Imperial
Highway requires tlie,construction of a storm drain line on Bellinger Street, between the
~ dead-end of Bellinger Street and Lynwood .Road; and
WHEREAS,. in order to construct and maintain said facility, the developer, .
Lynwood Holding Co, Inc., needs to secure an utility easement from the City .and
execute a Maintenance Agreement; and
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City,of
Lynwood] as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council, of the City of Lynwood hereby grant, an
' easement for the purpose of construction.,., installation, maintenance and repair of a
storm drain line on Bellinger Street, between the dead-end and Lynwood Road; to
Lynwood Holding co., Inc. Said easement is more closely described as follows:
An easement, 10.00.. feet wide..~over, across and through a portion of the
land shown on record of survey, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, filed in Book 99 Pages 94 .to 99 inclusive of
records of surveys,. records of said County, lying 5.00 feet on each side of
the following described line: -
G Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Lot 3 of J.J. Bullis 76.11 acres
lot of the Bullis Land in the Rancho -San Antonio, in said City, County and:
State, as shown on map recorded in Book 55 Page 28 of miscellaneous
' ~ records of said County, distant South 82°34' 44" West thereon 10.08 feet
more or less from an intersection with the centerline of Bellinger Street, 60'
feet wide as shown on said record of survey; thence South 00°17'00" East
' ~ on a line parallel with and 10.00 feet west of, measured at .right angles to
said centerline, 461..56 feet to the end of the herein described easement.
The sidelines of said easement shall.be prolonged or shorten.. to terminate
northerly in said southerly .line. of said Lot 3 and terminate southerly in a
line which passes through the "end" and which bears North 89°43'00"

Section 2.: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the storm drain
.Maintenance Agreement with: Lynwood Holding Co., lnc.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.: .
