Call to Order 2. Acceptance of Minutes a. Laura took notes at last meeting – will approve at next meeting 3. Reorganize a. Andy does not want to be chair of committee going forward b. Need to publicly recruit more people for committee c. Andy will talk to Jamie about additional recruits d. Also consider putting an article in Independent and Hop News e. Need to contact Jamie if term is up 4. Fruit Street RFP status update a. Dave Daltario hiring consultant to review the RFP documents i. Looking for funding for this 1. We have $1400 from Solarize program – unanimously approved by committee 2. May be hiring CADMUS to perform final review b. As of 6.20.13, new program that puts us into an 8 year term versus 10 year. i. Would increase the 400 MW limit to 1200 MW ii. Will result in a lower value for the project c. And y participating on Fruit Street Sub-Committee i. Assembling a paragraph to include in their summary document that will indicate a plan to produce 4.5 MW on smallest parcel with least impact to surroundings and address electrical upgrades – unanimously approved by committee. d. Provide enough options to allow the suppliers to be creative in their solutions. Include such options as American panels, allow financial options, etc. 5. Old Business - none 6. New Business a.
