RESOLUTION NO. 75-32
REGARDING DEFERMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS a need exists to defer payment of special assessments by some
elderly persons in hardship cases, and that need is recognized by
Minnesota Statutes 444.22-444.24;
NOW THbRE'ORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Medina
Ordinance No. 154;
