MOTION 2023-167
I move pursuant to § 2.2-3711(A)(7), § 2.2-3711(A)(8) and §2.2-3711(A)(3) of the
Code of Virginia that the Leesburg Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the
purpose of consulting with legal counsel on matters related to Graydon Manor, LLC.
v. The Town of Leesburg, VA, Loudoun County Circuit Court Case CL21-4323 and
specific legal matters related to the annexation of the JLMA where such consultation
in open session would adversely affect the negotiating and litigating posture of the
Town.
