A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .
• LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO CROSS ROAD
CONSTRUCTION, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $76,801.00', FOR THE
WHEEL CHAIR RAMP INSTALLATION PROJECT, PROJECT
' , " NUMBER 5-5199, FISCAL YEAR 1998-99, AND. AUTHORIZING THE -
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT. ~ "

WHEREAS, the Wheel Chair:Installation Project, Project Number 5-5199 is
:.scheduled for"completion during FY 1998-99; and ".
s WHEREAS; the bid opening was held on March 4, 1999, and Cross Road
Construction, Inc., was the lowest responsible bidder at $76,801.00; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that this contractor has the necessary
experience for this type of project...
NOW, THEREFORE; the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, •
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
f Section 1. That the contract for the-.,Wheel Chair Ramp Installation Project,
. Project Number 5-5199, be awarded to Cross Road Construction, Inc. for its low bid of -
$76,801.00.

' Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the. City of Lynwood and Cross Road Construction; Inc.
