A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
---~~ APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE FY 1998-99 ANNUAL AMENDMENTS
` ~ TO THE FY 1998-99 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET AND EMPLOYEE
~ SALARY SCHEDULE RELATIVE TO SPECIAL COMPENSATION FOR THE
' CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an Employee Classification and
Position Plan to provide a listing of positions arid' salary schedules; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has amended the Plan on ocassion on an as
needed basis; and
WHEREAS, a need has been identified to compensate the City Clerk and
City Treasurer for certain duties and responsibilities relating to Lynwood
Information Inc., and the Lynwood Public Finance Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,- that the City Council of the City
of Lynwood does hereby find, order, proclaim, and resolve as follows:

Information Inc. Secretary and Lynwood Information, Inc.
That the positions of City Clerk and City Treasurer shall be
special compensation as follows beginning April 1, 1999:
Section 3: That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
make the following additional appropriation.

Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption
