MOTION 2023-185
I move to approve the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLZNOA2023-0006
revising Section 6.7.1 to create an exception for certain property to rezone to the I-1
District, based on the findings that the amendment furthers objectives of the Town
Plan, and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good zoning practice.
