MOTION 2023-192
I move to keep the Zoning Ordinance Section 2.3.4 as currently written because the
ordinance allows for appointment of members consistent with the CLG program,
which allow for sufficient diversity of background in education, and which ensure
BAR members are well qualified to perform the duties assigned.
