Minutes of the last meeting i,,Tere read and on motion by
J T Riekena, second by J Spieker enprovee as rec.d.
Trersurers renort was received, reed and on motion by
J E Riekena ordered filed.
Councilman J E Riekena introduced Or(�inarce No. 112 which
was read by the Clerk" Fein� and.Ordinarce amending Ordinances
No. 61 and Ordinance No. 78 which nrovic'e for comrensation
of To�*1r_ Officers" and. moved its adonti on, motion seconded
by councilmen J. Sp elver
Counci lman..J -T Riekena moved- t:rat the rules requiretng
an' Ord_inan.ce to b.e read --on V-1ree di ferent' days, be' suspensed
and that Ordinance, No. 112 be read as of its second and
third reading, by Title only, am the reading just had be
considered the third, reading and. said Ordinance be placed.
upon its passaF'e and. adoption. Motion seconder by councilman
D D Huisman.

Mayor declared motion 'Carried, rules suspended, V.at

be placed upon final passage and adoption.
Motion byJ Spieker second by J T Riekena that Ordinance
-No. 112 be am the same is hereby passed and adopted by
this council, and the Clerk hereby directeOL to publish same
