RESOLUTION NO. j4.
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT OF INDEPENDENCE SEWER AND WATER
PROJECT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 75-M the City Clerk was directed to pre-
pare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the property set forth in
Resolution No. 75-8 and 75-16 by the installation of sanitary sewer and water
facilities, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in her office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. A. hearing shall be held on the 30th day of September 1975
in the City Hall at 2052 County Road 24, Hamel, Minnesota,
at g,ep P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once,
in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the
hearing, which notice shall state the total cost of the
improvement.
3. The Clerk is further directed to mail a notice of said hearing
to the owner of each parcel described in the proposed assess-
ment roll.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
