RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE PHASE II OF THE
BELMONT ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and form of contract were filed with the City Clerk for the construction of
certain improvements to the street system of said City; namely,
Belmont Road Paving Project, Phase II,
from the Scott Community College Entrance to Valley Drive
WHEREAS, a hearing on said plans, specifications, and form of contract was held in the City Hall Council
Chambers, 110 Manor Drive, City of Riverdale, Iowa, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City at
6:30 o'clock p.m. on the 15th day of December, 2009,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA
that the plans, specifications, and form of contract be approved and adopted as the plans, specifications, and
form of contract for the improvements.
