RESOLUTION NO, 3%
RESOLUTION REQUESTING REPORT, RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON FERN STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Fern Street as it a abutts lots
/3p , Block , in Independence Beach, Hennepin County and to
assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to MSA. Chapter 429; and
WHEREAS, owing to the simplicity of the project, the City Engineer, in
response to a request by the City Council, reported on said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of said street in accordance
with the report given by the City Engineer and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of said improvement pursuant to
MSA Chapter 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$ 951bf •
2, A. public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
7th day of October, 1975 in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall at
2052 County Road 24 at % : 4.5- P.M. and the Clerk is hereby instructed
to give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
