RESOLUTION NO. 75_40
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
Allen's Msplp Crest
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations for
the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Allen
plat of Allen's Maple Crest
Planning Commission;
has requested approval of the final
and the same has been approved by the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Medina that the plat of Allen's Maple Crest is approved subject to
the following conditions:
That drainfield on Lot Three (3) be 750 sq. ft. for a Three (3) bedroom
home and installed according to plans as presented and accepted by Clerk.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: DesLauriers, Theis, Neddermeyer, Franklin, Reiser
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
