A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF
I;YNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LOS FLORES, VIRGINIA AND
- NORTON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5199, AS
BEING COMPLETE ~ `
. ~:.,: , WHEREAS, on November 17 , 1998, the City Council awarded a contract of
'~ ~ $196,500.00 to Damon Construction Company for the Los Flores, Virginia and Norton Street.
Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started.on January 11, 1999, and was completed on
March.29, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $196,500.00; and
" WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications..
NOW, .THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Los Flores, Virginia and Norton
Street Improvement Project, Project No. 5-51.99; as being complete in accordance with contract
documents. •
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
